Pranotherapy: Prana and Vibrations

"Prana" (प्राण, prāṇa) is a Sanskrit term meaning "Life", intended as vital energy or breath.

According to Hindu physiology, all living beings are endowed with Prana, which regulates all physiological, psychological and emotional functions. Prana also keeps body and mind harmonious and in balance, giving well-being.

Prana penetrates the body through breathing, but not only. Thanks to the Pranotherapist who knows how to manage and convey it, it can be transmitted.

As mentioned earlier , Pranic Energy is directed by the operator by laying hands on the receiver's body, at a distance of a few centimeters or by placing hands on organs, Chakras or following the meridian points of Classical Chinese Medicine.

The Energy conveyed is used to re-create or revitalize the healing Energy proper to every living being, empowering the body to react to illness, decreasing infection, irritation, inflammation, thus helping the Immune System.
