Lunar Reiki is a method by Amy Bass that has as its primary purpose the Awakening of the Sacred Feminine. It works on all aspects of the feminine, with the connection to our internal life cycles, and the menstrual cycle, a perfect reflection of the lunar cycle.
Lunar Reiki involves six Levels:
The first three Levels help balance the physical symptoms associated with the menstrual cycle and in hormonal and emotional imbalances, balance body weight, enhance the reproductive and creative systems by improving the quality of personal feminine energy, induce good pregnancy and facilitate childbirth, and develop self-esteem.
The other three Higher Levels connect to the archetypes of the lunar goddesses, Artemis, Selene and Hecate, to heal energetic blocks caused by violence and abuse, act positively on the psyche, provide clarity for making important decisions and give strength for all the changes we are called upon to make in our life journey.
LUNAR LIGHT EMPOWERMENT
Lunar Light Empowerment is a method by Ole Gabrielsen, which uses the energy of the Moon, to connect us to the Feminine and all aspects of it, energy present in both women and men.
Lunar Light Empowerment stimulates self-healing, cleanses and protects from heavy energies, calms the mind, brings emotions back into balance, encourages connection with the unconscious and one's Higher Self, and helps coping by improving meditative capacity.
